I have 2 cards to share with you today.  The first one is the 5x7 Pinwheel Card.   I love the bright color combo-Honey, Lagoon & Smoothie.   I used 3-D Foam Tape to give dimension to the pinwheels and really make them POP!

For Always Anniversary Card

Last week my parents celebrated their 47th Wedding Anniversary!  WOW-that's a long time to be married!  But Kudos to them!  They are happy together in sunny Florida, where they are very active and involved in many different organizations.  Aaahh, the retirement life!

I'm always a little sad that I can't be with them to celebrate all of these wonderful occasions, but I can make a beautiful card to send to them.  They enjoy receiving them and my Mom saves every single card I send her, bless her heart.

Here's the Anniversary Card I created using the For Always Papers.  The papers in this kit are all black & white, so you can pair them with any color and they still look great!  I chose to go with a color combo from the Idea Book, Lagoon & Honey.

Here's a list of the supplies used to create this card:
  • X7165B For Always Paper Pack
  • D1539 The Happy Couple Stamp Set
  • Z2105 Black Ink Pad
  • Summer Posies Paper Flowers (Retired)
  • Sheer Yellow Ribbon (Retired)
  • Z578 Corner Rounder
  • Z1151 3-D Foam Tape
  • Z1707 Bitty Opaque Pearls
If you know of someone who has a wedding coming up, this kit would be just perfect!  You can place an order HERE on my website, and it will be shipped directly to your door!  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

A Little Bit of Spring with Chantilly

Today I thought I would share a layout that I created as a Make & Take for a crop I was at this past weekend.  The inspiration for this layout came from one I had seen which was created by Brenda R.-a very talented artist/consultant.  She did a similar layout using the Claire papers.  I chose to use the same page design, only with the Chantilly papers.  The title, stamped image and the flowers were cut out using the Cricut Artiste Cartridge.  The stamp set I used is from the Buzz & Bumble WOTG Kit.

Here's a couple of cards I created using My Sunshine.  For the Tweet card I used the new Tommy and Surf's Up papers and Hemp Twine from the Wooden Mini Medley, along with a button from the Antique Gold Mini Medley.  The bird, tag & oval shape were cut out using the Cricut Artiste Cartridge.

The sunshine card was created using the new Surf's Up papers, Hemp Twine & Durables Artisan Studs.  The sun shape was cut out using the Cricut Artiste Cartridge.

The card below was created by my upline, Lynn Como.  She used the Later Sk8r papers, Lagoon & Outdoor Denim inks, and the Cricut Artiste to cut the balloon shape.
